The house features nine bedrooms spread across three separate units, each with its own bathroom, and there are four bathrooms in total, so everyone has plenty of space and privacy. Indulge in the home's luxury amenities: a hot tub, sauna and indoor pool. In the game room you can enjoy table tennis, foosball, billiards, darts and a PlayStation 4. The kitchen-dining area is the heart of the house with lots of room for cooking together and socializing; it’s equipped with two dishwashers, two ovens, two sinks and two refrigerators. Outside there is a tiled patio with a barbecue and patio furniture—perfect for cozy evenings. The vacation home is located in the new Ostsee Resort Olpenitz holiday area close to a lovely beach and shops such as a grocery store and a bakery, and the charming town of Kappeln is easy to reach. Please note the house is not rented to youth groups.
