Completed at the end of 2016, this approximately 250 m² holiday home on a 1200 m² plot is incredibly spacious. You can enjoy the sun all day long on the terraces and in the house. In the colder seasons, you can relax by the fireplace and in the sauna.

The house extends over two levels: The ground floor houses the living, dining, and kitchen area (approximately 130 m²), while the upper floor (approximately 120 m²) offers sleeping space for up to six people, with two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and one single bedroom, as well as a total of three bathrooms (two with showers and one with a shower/tub).
