On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed, desk and wardrobe/dressing room.
Air conditioning. Direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool (salt-treated water).
Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Living and dining room with wood-burning fireplace, table with 6 chairs. Satellite TV. And direct access to fully equipped open kitchen, with all accessories and table with chairs, with wood burning fireplace. Dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave.
With access from outside there is a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with a trundle bed (possibility to sleep 2 persons). Fan.
Another bedroom with double bed. Air conditioning.
Outside:
Swimming pool, 9 x 5 meters. Terrace with barbecue and porch to eat in the shade. Parking.
Land of 6000 m2 with fruit trees.
Located in the center of the island, with good summer atmosphere.
A 10 minute walk from the village of Algaida, with good typical Mallorcan restaurants, food stores, renowned pastry shops and bakeries. There is a bus stop at 5 minutes walking distance.
Very close to the Sanctuary of Cura, Randa and Llucmajor ... and 25 minutes drive from the best beaches of the island: Sa Rápita, Ses Covetes, Es Trenc!
