In addition, a small shed/ house with washing machine and drying rack and a dishwasher.

The rent is included with the Heating (Central heating) , water and electricity will be paid for the used consumption.
Firewood for the wood stove is not included.

Outdoors you can enjoy life in the undisturbed/cozy terrace/backyard with barbecue, the plot is closed with a lattice gate. or go the the harbor (150 m) and take a walk along the harbour.

The house is a non smoking house, Smoking not allowed.

The house can be rented out max. 4 weeks at a time, after which it must be cleaned. ( 1 day for cleaning)
The tenant can not moved the tenants permanent address to the tenancy (Newspapers/magazines may be redirected to Tolderensstræde 9, in the rent period)
Parking : Free parking almost infront of the house, and also a private free parking (~150 m from the house).
