Outdoors, you will find a large west-facing terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, two sun loungers and a drying rack. Everything you need to enjoy the summer days.

The beautiful 104 m2 is spread over 2 floors. On the 1st floor, the sleeping area is located. Here you will find 3 beautiful, bright bedrooms all with French balcony doors, as well as 1 guest toilet.

On the ground floor, the large kitchen-dining room makes up the majority of the square meters. Good dining kitchen, where the kitchen niche has all modern facilities needed, a nice dining area with plenty of space around the dining table and cozy sofa corner with large sofa and armchairs. The kitchen-dining room also has a built-in, open fireplace, as well as B&O stereo and TV. You will also find the bathroom on the ground floor. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink, shower and bidet.

In the small external utility room (service building at the front of the home) you will find the washing machine.

Good combination with the other holiday apartments in the area Krøyer's in Gl. Skagen - the homes: 020450, 020466, and 020468, all 6-person apartments, and the homes: 020459, 020464 and 020465, which are 2-person apartments.

PLACES TO VISIT IN THE AREA:
Gl. Skagen is known for its beautiful beaches and the “fresh” North Sea, Ruth’s Hotel, delicious restaurants, “the old buoy” (det gamle sømærke) and the Sunset Square (Solnedgangspladsen). We recommend an evening stroll down to the Sunset Square to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets and enjoy an ice cream or a cup of coffee – can be purchased in the Sunset Kiosk.

A trip to Grenen, Denmark's outermost tip, where the seas Kattegat and Skagerrak meet, should also make your holiday to-do list. You can get there by foot from Gl. Skagen, along the coast. Skagen town offers a large number of retail shops, artisan workshops, galleries as well as exciting cafés and restaurants. A visit to Skagen’s Museum is also highly recommended. Here you will find the famous paintings by the great Skagen painters Krøyer, Anna Ancher, Michael Ancher, Tuxen, Drachmann, Locher and many more. You can also experience the old dining room from Brøndum’s Hotel at Skagen’s Museum.

If you want to have lunch or dinner in a historic setting, a visit to the restaurant at Brøndum’s Hotel is recommended.
