From the large, well-kept garden you have a wonderful view of the distant mountains The beautiful old town of Pollensa and the beautiful bay of Pollensa with its sandy beaches are only a short drive away. From the lovely hall area with a lovely cobblestone floor and stone archway, the house opens to a large living / dining room with a lovely internal stone wall and a comfortable three-part suite, fireplace and French doors that lead onto the patios and patio. There is satellite TV and a DVD player. The kitchen has all modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven with ceramic hob, large fridge / freezer and wine rack.
