The highlight of the property is the private indoor swimming pool (21 m²), perfect for fun and relaxation all year round. Guests can also unwind in the four-person whirlpool or enjoy a soothing sauna session for up to six people. The house features three modern bathrooms, all with underfloor heating, ensuring comfort in every season.

The large living room is furnished for cozy gatherings and includes a wood-burning stove, TV with cable and Chromecast, DVD player, and stereo system. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole group.

There are five comfortable bedrooms: three with double beds and two with a single bed plus two bunks—ideal for children. A cot and high chair are also available for younger guests.

Outside, a large natural plot of nearly 2,000 m² invites outdoor fun and relaxation, with a terrace, garden grill, and playground equipment for children. With its modern facilities, family-friendly layout, and location just 600 metres from the beach, this house is perfect for a memorable seaside getaway.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
