NICE HOLIDAY HOME WITH LARGE SWIMMING POOL.

On the 1st floor, where there are sloping walls, there is a cozy living room / kitchen in open plan, as well as a bedroom with a double bed.( 160x200 )

On the ground floor: a pool area with a large heated pool (8 x 4 x 1.5 m), a small bathroom, sauna, and whirlpool, the pool is always 26 - 27 degrees, and can be heated extra, on request to the homeowner.

In addition, on the ground floor: entrance hall, bathroom with washer and dryer, a bedroom with a double bed ( 140x200 ), and a bedroom with a doublebed ( 160x200 )and a single bed ( 75x200 )
There is Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house, as well as TV in 2 rooms.

In the garden there is plenty of space for the children, and from here there is access to the conservatory.

For the children there is a high chair, cot, sandpit, slides, climbing frame, swings, playhouse, trampoline and lots of toys, as well as games.

If you want to rent linen and towels, this must be informed to the homeowner no later than the day before arrival. Please note that the house is on 2 levels.

A cozy house which is located in a quiet and child-friendly area and which is a good holiday resort all year round.

This year, 2023, an charging station Type II, for electric cars, has been installed in the private parking place.

NOTE: Linen must be brought, linen can be rented from the house owner.
