The kitchen has limited development opportunities into the culinary with 2 hot plates and a small fridge. The furniture is old. The house is for the small family, who primarily want a perfect base for excursions on the island. The ocean can be seen from the terrace, so you have the opportunity to follow a part of the great activity that takes place on the water. Ærø Marina consists of 37 townhouses built in 1986, after which the area was renovated in 2004 (outdoor areas).

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
