From here, doors open onto a sun-drenched, south-facing terrace – your private haven under the open sky.

The home features four atmospheric bedrooms, one located in a charming, newly built annex – ideal for teenagers or grandparents. The bathroom is bright and functional with ample space for the whole family. Additionally, you also have a guest toilet at your disposal with direct access to an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Outside, a sensory garden awaits with marram grass and small dunes, while the terrace offers both sun and shelter with a covered area and outdoor heater.

The location is truly exceptional – surrounded by raw, untouched nature and close to child-friendly beaches, iconic Grenen, scenic walking trails, Guldmajssøen, a bike path to Grenen, and easy beach access. Choose between Sønderstrand by the Vippefyr lighthouse – Skagen’s most popular and family-friendly beach – or Nordstrand on the west coast for a more dramatic North Sea experience.

At Kulturhus Kappelborg, you will find a cinema, library, and venue for theatre and concerts, as well as a large, newly built outdoor skate park – Skagen Skater. A must-visit for families with children. Next to the skate park is Restaurant Luna, where parents can enjoy lunch or coffee while the kids have fun on scooters or skateboards.
