The holiday apartment is furnished in one large open room and the 65 m2 is divided in smaller departments, separated by bookcases and separating walls. Very exciting decoration with many rustic and amazing details, inspired by "New Yorker loft apartment" style.

There is room for five people in the holiday apartment, and the sleeping arrangement is divided as one double bed, one sofa bed for two people and one sofa bed suitable for one person. The kitchen department includes all the modern facilities needed, a lovely dining area, with plenty of room for everyone. Here you can enjoy a nice meal, play a board- or card game or perhaps enjoy a cup of coffee. A cozy sofa corner with furniture in douche color and a flat screen TV. The apartment has a beautiful light from the southern turned floor-to-ceiling windows.

The bathroom is decorated in relaxing colors and lovely details. Some of the details includes a window in the ceiling and floor heating, furthermore, the bathroom consists of a shower, a toilet, a sink and a washing machine and dryer. The holiday apartment was renovated in 2018 and appears now modernized, ready to fit the frames of your next holiday in Skagen.

Outside, there is a fenced patio with garden furniture. On a warm summer day, you can sit and relax on the terrace while drinking a cold glass of beverage while enjoying the afternoon sun. A local brewed Skagen's beer is also worth tasting, if you pay a visit to "Skagen Bryghus"(the brewery) only 200 meters away from the apartment you can experience the local atmosphere, the live music and a Skagen's beer with different flavors. The gorgeous surroundings give plenty of opportunities to take a nice stroll through the pedestrian street, to the marina or to one of Skagen's lovely beaches. 

A must experience in Skagen is to visit Grenen (where the two ocean meets) and a visit to the art museum of Skagen is definitely a must experience as well. The large selection of retail shops, art crafts, cafés and restaurants is located just around the corner from the holiday apartment.

One small dog is welcome.
For guests booking via Airbnb, a dog fee is charged, which is paid directly to the owner after the booking.

GOOD TO KNOW:
No rentals for youth groups. Tenant must be 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period.
Two parking spots is available. 
Mandatory consumption fee for electricity, heat and water.
Final cleaning can be purchased.
