The house was built in 1908 and renovated in 2010. A two-storage 105 m2 holiday home, partially kept in the old decorative style with authentic wallpaper, floors and ceiling. On the main floor there is a combined living -dining room with a television, a lovely light bedroom with double bed, a newly renovated kitchen with all the modern facilities needed, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a bathtub and a scullery with a washing machine and a microwave. 

From the scullery there is a direct access to a perfect little yard, turned towards east. After a nice dip in the ocean at Sønderstrand you can go back to the yard and take a shower in the outside shower, before sitting down in the white garden furniture. 

On the 1. floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and access to a southern turned terrace where there is a lovely view over the marina. A bedroom with two single beds and a desk. The beautiful wooden staircase leads you to the main floor entrance hall where there is access to a guest toilet. 

In the garden there is a small shed, in the house origin time these houses where used for storing fishing gear, today it is used for storing garden furniture and garden equipment. If you bring you SUP-board or a kayak, you can store them safely in this shed. 

In short distance to the holiday home there is a bakery and a butcher -the famous butcher "Slagter Munch" can provide you with tasty meat for the grill and the bakery can supply with freshly baked bread every morning. You can also enjoy your lunch at Brøndums Hotel in historical surroundings, located only 300 meters from the holiday home.

ATTRACHTIONS IN THE AREA:

Every year on the 23th of June, Sankt. Hans evening (midsummer evening) is celebrated by many happy people at the bascular lighthouse near Sønderstrand. The lighthouse is only lighted once every year on this evening, furthermore the evening is celebrated with a large bonfire on the beach. The bascular lighthouse is located only 10 min. away from the holiday home. The grey lighthouse Centre of migrating birds and Grenen where the two oceans meet is located only 25-30 min away by foot from the house. 

Just around the corner you will reach the art museum of Skagen and a short walk away from the holiday home you will reach the community Centre Kappelborg with a cinema, a library, concert hall, playground and skating ramp. The many retail shops, art crafts and restaurants are also nearby, as well as the marina with the lovely "Bindesbøll" fish storage houses. Today there is lovely restaurants in the old Bindesbøll houses and Skagen Fiskerestaurant and Restaurant Pakhuset is in one of these. Skagen Bryghus (the brewery) is also a visit worth, here you can enjoy a cold beverage while listening to live music every Friday and Saturday afternoon.

No rentals for youth groups. Tenant must be 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period.
