Apartment overlooking a small lake located approx. 300 m from a childfriendly beach and one of Funen's largest marinas. The apartment is brightly decorated, and from the living room there are views of the area with small lakes and a beautiful scenery. The apartment has 2 spacious terraces with garden furniture. From the two bedrooms there is access to one of the terraces and from the living room you have access to the south facing terrace. Kitchen with dishwasher and built-in cooker/oven in stainless steel. The apartment is located in the heart of the many vacation opportunities in the area. No letting to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
