The newly built holiday home (semi-detached house) is centrally located in the Baltic resort Rerik, between the Hanseatic cities Wismar (34 km) and Rostock (40 km). The Baltic resorts Kühlungsborn (14 km) and Warnemünde (40 km) and the health resort Bad Doberan (23 km) are nice excursion destinations.
The Baltic Sea's natural beach is a 10-minute walk away.
The Baltic beach in the centre of Rerik with its 170m-long Seebrücke (Sea Bridge), the playgrounds on the beach and the marina can be reached in 5 minutes by car or in 10 minutes by bike. In Rerik, the wild and romantic cliffs alternate with natural beaches just like the roaring surf of the sea alternates with the Salzhaff's calm water.
The "Salzhaff", a shallow, idyllic Baltic bay with boat rental service and a water sports centre, is ideal for beginners when it comes to surfing, sailing and kite surfing.
Leisure time at the holiday resort:
A walk to Rerik's town centre with shopping facilities (bakery, butcher's shop, fish shop, supermarket, pharmacy), cafes and restaurants takes 30 minutes.

The ground floor features a kitchen, living area and a bathroom with WC.
The top floor consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with tub/shower and WC.
A sauna will be available to you from September 2020! There are insect screens throughout the house.
