Holiday home in Averøy Municipality

One of six large and beautiful holiday houses/rudder houses by the sea with a shared quay and own terraces and balconies in scenic surroundings. Final cleaning included. The cabin is number 3 from the right, seen from the fjord.

The holiday house has an open kitchen and living room on the first floor with direct access to its own 50 m2 open terrace outside and the shared quay that runs along the entire row of houses. The cabin has many windows facing the fjord, which provides good light. Three bedrooms in addition to a sleeping area in the loft. One bedroom with a double bed (150 cm) and a bunk bed. The single beds in one bedroom can be put together to make a double bed. TV with German, Norwegian and international TV channels via satellite (Astra1) and Riks-TV. Internet via fiber.

Above the shed is a large terrace. In the shed there is a freezer that can be used, as well as storage space for fishing equipment. 40 meters from the tiller is the covered filleting area with light and running water, as well as the boats that are available for hire at the floating jetty.

Swimming opportunities from the sandy beach 100 meters away or from the jetty 20 meters from the tiller. Close by is the Hendavågen nature reserve. Right outside the cabin, there are hiking trails to the heaths and along the lake. Averøya has many high mountains; one of which is Meekknoken, 752 masl., with a fantastic view.

7.5 km to the nearest grocer and the town of Kårvåg with a restaurant. Take car trips to Kristiansund and a passenger boat out to the beautiful fishing village of Grip, or the waterfall Mardalsfossen which is located by Eikesdalsvannet, the city of roses Molde, the fishing village of Bud etc. Håholmen has its own charm with several buildings from the 17th and 19th centuries. You can also get out to Håholmen using the boat that is available for hire. Salmon and trout river Bådalselva, 8 km. Hosetvatnet with trout is 8 km from Rorbua.

• 2 pcs: 21-foot Øien 620F with 60 HP Yamaha 4-stroke engine, GPS/chart plotter/sounder Garmin Echomap Churp52cv, 6 pcs. rod holders.

• On request a 15 foot Silver Viking with 15 HP Tohatsu engine.

• 1 pc: 2-3 person canoe.

Life jackets are included in boat/canoe hire.
