Located on a 250 m² plot in the heart of Old Skagen, this beautiful, cozy, and high-quality holiday home is an annex to a larger Skagen house. Built in 2016, the property is clad with black-painted wooden panels, while the windows and terrace door are painted white.

The holiday home offers lovely natural light and is tastefully furnished with a bright and cozy living area with a kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), and good storage space. The bathroom includes a toilet, shower, and heated towel rail. The annex has its own heating system with gas heating and underfloor heating throughout.

From the living room, there is direct access to a cozy and private southeast-facing terrace with garden furniture. In front of the house, there is a small terrace with a garden bench, where you can enjoy the sunset to the west. Parking is available in the courtyard, shared with the residents of the main house.

The renter must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the rental period.

THE AREA:
There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the fantastic surroundings that Old Skagen is known for. Just a short walk from the holiday home is, among other things, the old seamark (“Sømærket”), offering wonderful views over the rooftops of the town with Skagen on the horizon.

Skagen town center, with its many shops, pedestrian street, restaurants, cafés, Skagens Museum, and more, is located 3 km to the north. From Old Skagen to Grenen, it is 7.5 km.
