A holiday cottage with direct access to a child-friendly sandy beach. The house is within walking distance of a grocer's and restaurant. There is a 15 m² large conservatory. The whole plot is fenced. You have access to a shared laundry room, where you can use the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board for a small fee. No letting to youth groups.
