Beautiful, bright 58 m² corner apartment on the ground floor in the holiday apartment complex Krøyer's Gl. Skagen with private parking directly in front of the door.

The apartment is well designed with a small entrance hall featuring a combined washer and dryer. From here there is access to a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. The open-plan kitchen and living area is stylishly designed with black kitchen elements, a dishwasher, and a large fridge/freezer. The space includes both a dining area and a cozy sofa corner with TV and an open fireplace, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. From the living area there is direct access to a northwest-facing terrace with outdoor furniture. The bedroom is bright and inviting with a double bed, and there are two additional sleeping places on the sofa bed in the living room.

As a guest, you have access to a pool, spa, and sauna just 50 meters from the apartment.

THE AREA:
You have excellent opportunities to enjoy your holiday in the idyllic surroundings of Gl. Skagen. The apartment is located just a few hundred meters from beautiful sandy beaches, perfect for sunbathing or refreshing swims in the North Sea. The Sunset Square, where you can enjoy ice cream or coffee during the summer season, is also within walking distance. Every evening, people gather here to enjoy the stunning sunsets.

Skagen town center, including Skagens Museum, Grenen, the Grey Lighthouse (since 2017 a migratory bird center), as well as shops, artisans, and restaurants, is located 3 km north of Gl. Skagen. It can be reached quickly by car or in about 20 minutes by bike via a dedicated cycle path.
