Exquisite 102 m2, 2-storey holiday apartment with beautiful wooden floors and gorgeous designer furniture. The two floors are beautifully decorated with an eye for detail – plenty of space for 6 people.

The ground floor consists of a large kitchen-dining room and a nice bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. Fantastic kitchen with all modern facilities, lovely dining area from which you can follow the chef's work while wine tasting. Also in this large room a wonderful cozy corner with fireplace, large sofa and armchairs with ample opportunity to enjoy board games, cognac, coffee and cosiness in front of the fireplace. You will find quality at the center everywhere so the apartment also have B&O stereo and TV.

From the entrance a flight of beautiful stairs will take you to the 1st floor, where you will find a large double bedroom and a small guest toilet en suite. On the other side of the hallway two double rooms with 3/4 beds (140 x 200 cm). Beautiful, very bright bedrooms with views over Gl. Skagen's rooftops. A short distance from the holiday apartment you will find the wellness building, where you as a guest at Krøyer's Gl. Skagen has access to pool, whirlpool and sauna.

No rentals for youth groups. Tenant must be 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period.

THE AREA:
A short walk from the holiday apartment is Gl. Skagen's lovely beaches, Solnedgangspladsen (the sunset square), where locals and turists meet every night to admire the most beautiful sunsets, and the restaurants at Ruths Hotel, Strandhotellet and Restaurant Hyttefadet. The area lends itself to wonderful days at the beach, where lovely dips in the refreshing North Sea and sunbathing in the white beach sand make the holidays even more amazing.

Skagen center, 3 km north of Gl. Skagen, with its large selection of retail shops, artisan shops and the city's many cafés and restaurants, is definitely worth a visit. Grenen, Skagen's Museum and the marina, located by the old Bindesbøll Fish Warehouses, where Skagen Fiskerestaurant and Restaurant Pakhuset (seafood restaurants) are housed, must also be visited. A locally brewed Skagenøl can be enjoyed at Skagen Bryghus (brewery), and if you pass the brewery on Friday or Saturday afternoon, there is always live music on the program – free entrance.
