A holiday cottage on an enclosed plot at the end of a cul-de-sac. The house was thoroughly renovated in 2012 (built in 1972). It is located on a 682 m² large plot with two large covered terraces and a small open terrace. There is a bedroom and annex as well as a double sofa bed in the living room. The closest grocery store during summer is located 500 metres away. No letting to youth and builder groups.
