Holiday home in Uttian

South-facing, spacious holiday home on the island of Uttian, connected to the mainland by bridges. 7 km from the small town of Sistranda.

The house was upgraded in 1995 and partly renovated in 2015. Well-equipped kitchen and large living room with numerous TV channels. 20 m² balcony on the south-side of the house. The single beds can be combined into double beds and the double bed can be split into two beds.

Only 40 metres to the harbour, where you can rent a 19 ft Kværnø boat with a 100 hp Honda 4-stroke motor, Garmin 4-inch GPS/chartplotter/sonar on request well in advance. Life jackets are included in the rent. Short distance to the best fishing spots. A covered fish cleaning table with running water and lights can be found by the dock. You can also go swimming. A salmon river is 30 km away, and 6 km to Ervikvatnet, a lake with trout up to 2 kg. Visit the historical fishing village of Tistran or the island of Sula out on the open ocean.
