Adorable holiday home, with spa and sauna, at a child friendly beach
This lovely summer house with its spacious 87 m² is situated on a larger dune plot in the attractive holiday home area of Lyngså, close to a child-friendly beach.
The holiday home was renovated in 2005 and is cozily furnished with an open kitchen with modern facilities and an inviting dining area with access to the terrace. In the living room, there is also a small sofa corner by the fireplace. If you want to pamper yourself on vacation, there is a sauna and spa in the house.
The house accommodates up to 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. There are also additional sleeping options in the spacious loft, which creates an authentic summer house atmosphere and a cozy setting.
Outside, a lovely open terrace offers you the opportunity to enjoy nature and outdoor life with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. There is also the possibility to use the smaller covered terrace, thus extending the warm summer evenings. The house itself is charming with a thatched roof, providing a true summer house atmosphere and is close to a beautiful nature playground, making this holiday home a true paradise for families with children.
GOOD TO KNOW:
In January, February, and March, the minimum rental period is 2 weeks.
Please note that the homeowner has a dog, so a dog may have been in the house prior to your arrival.
No rental to youth groups. The tenant must be at least 25 years old and present during the entire rental period.

THE AREA:
The holiday home is located about 10 km from Sæby, where there are several shopping opportunities, sights, and attractions.
A few kilometers from Lyngså, in the village of Voerså, there is a small natural harbor, and out by the coast, there is a slightly larger harbor, protected by Denmark’s longest pier. Canoes, pedal boats, and rowboats can be rented for a cozy day of water outings. There are also ample opportunities for fishing – from the pier or in the stream. In the stream, you can catch trout, perch, and flounder, but remember to buy a fishing license (you can buy a fishing license at the Sæby Tourist Office). The idyllic Sæby is located about 10 km north of Lyngså, where you can visit art galleries, enjoy a good meal in one of the restaurants in the charming harbor, or just go shopping in the town’s stores.
A little further north is Frederikshavn – the port city with one of Denmark’s longest pedestrian streets. Along the pedestrian street and in the side streets, you will find many shops, cafés, and a wide selection of restaurants. The children will love a day at the large indoor playground "Fun House," the Caribbean water park "The Reef," or the exotic palm beach – all in Frederikshavn.
Here in the Top of Denmark, families with children have plenty of exciting experiences and attractions to choose from. A little south of Aalbæk is the family park Farm Fun, a cozy animal park with a playground where you can meet all the farm animals as well as kangaroos, emus, pot-bellied pigs, peacocks, and many other animals. At the North Sea Oceanarium in Hirtshals, you can experience the wildlife of the North Sea up close in the largest aquarium in Northern Europe. During a visit to Eagleworld, also known as the Eagle Reserve, you can experience eagles and other birds of prey in the wild. The children will love a day at Fårup Sommerland, the large amusement park near Blokhus on the west coast. Also, the beautiful Voergaard Castle, said to be haunted by several ghosts, is definitely worth a visit.
