Villa in Dénia

This is a beautiful villa with a well-kept garden, swimming pool, private terrace in Denia. Walk around the house admiring the stunning mountain and sea views. This place is ideal for a small family.

Enjoy a picnic on the beach at 2km with diving, surfing, canoeing, and water skiing. Montego Natural Park at 1km gives plenty for nature lovers to explore. You can have a great time at the centre of Denia at 2km, exploring the castle and museum, restaurants, and outdoor cafes. For your daily shopping, you can go to Consum and Lidl at the roundabout towards the village.

The living room has a fireplace and seating area to relax and the open kitchen even has a bar. The villa comes with heating. The views from the covered terrace are breathtaking and you can spend time in the furnished garden enjoying the beautiful trees and shrubs. Children's bed and high chair are also provided. 3 pets are allowed at € 5/Pet/Night.

Check-in between 5 – 8 PM and check-out between 10 AM -–12 PM.

Denia was designated by UNESCO in 2015 as the Creative City of Gastronomy. Our favorite restaurants are Mena in Las Rotas, Casa Frederico and Primera Linea. Booking in advance by telephone prevents disappointment. Denia has 20 kilometers of beaches. South of the city are the rocky beaches where snorkeling is good. A fun guided tour can be visited by canoe in the caves of Las Rotas. North of the city is a huge selection of sandy beaches. The beaches can be crowded in high season. Our preference is to visit the beaches in the morning; easier parking and wide choice for a nice spot along the surf.
