Welcome to our cosy holiday home in Kramnitze – a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday close to nature and the Baltic Sea.

The house is 82 m² and features a spacious and bright open-plan living area combining the kitchen, dining area and lounge. There is plenty of room to spend time together, whether you are cooking, enjoying a board game around the dining table or simply relaxing on the sofa. The light wooden walls and ceilings create a warm and authentic Scandinavian holiday-home atmosphere, and on cooler days you can light the wood-burning stove and enjoy the extra warmth and cosiness.

The kitchen is bright and functional, with plenty of worktop and storage space, and is directly connected to the main living area. The house also has a spacious, bright bathroom and several sleeping spaces divided between the bedrooms.

From the living room, you have direct access to the large covered wooden terrace, making it easy to enjoy outdoor living even when the Danish weather is unpredictable. There is space for outdoor dining as well as relaxing with your morning coffee or enjoying the long summer evenings.

The holiday home is set on a large, green plot of approximately 1,200 m², offering plenty of space for children to play, outdoor activities or simply relaxing in peaceful surroundings. The area around Kramnitze is ideal for walking and cycling, including lovely routes along the dike.

The coast is approximately 600 metres away, and nearby you will find the beach, the charming harbour of Kramnitze and a local grocery shop. Rødbyhavn is also just a short drive away for larger shopping trips.
