This newly renovated 120 m² holiday home offers modern comfort and thoughtful decor. With three bedrooms, a loft and space for eight people, it is ideal for both family and friends. The house is located on a large plot of 1200 m² in a quiet area.

Inside, you will find a bright kitchen-dining room and an open living room, which create a natural gathering point. The brand new kitchen makes cooking easy, and underfloor heating in both bathrooms, as well as a wood-burning stove and heat pump ensure a pleasant indoor climate all year round.

The home has two bathrooms with both a shower and a combined shower/bathtub. After an active day, you can relax in the sauna or use the house's exercise room. Here, there is a good setting for both peace and activity.

Outside, a large terrace awaits, partially covered, where you can enjoy long days and quiet evenings. The closed road provides peaceful surroundings and security, so you can completely relax during your stay.

The area around the holiday home is known for its quiet atmosphere and scenic surroundings. There is a short distance to the beach, where you can swim and walk along the water. Nearby forest areas invite you to cycle and hike.

The local area also offers small, cozy towns with cafes and local experiences, while larger cities are within easy reach. Please note that one of the terraces is still under construction.
