The holiday home accommodates up to 10 guests. It has a living area of 122 m² and was built in 2010. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Solar energy is installed, and there is underfloor heating throughout the house. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Freezer capacity of 50 litres. A wood-burning stove is also provided. For children, there is 1 high chair.

The property is located on a 990 m² natural plot. Distance to the sea is 600 m. The nearest shop is 4,000 m away. A golf course is located 6,000 m from the house.
The house features an open terrace as well as a covered terrace. Barbecue available. Parking is available at the property.

There are 4 bedrooms in total. Sleeping arrangements include 8 sleeping places in double beds and 2 sleeping places on mattresses, 2 of which are located on the loft. Additionally, there is 1 cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, 4 ceramic hobs, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher.

There are 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets. Underfloor heating is available in both bathrooms.

Relaxation is possible in the indoor spa for 2 persons.

The house has 1 TV with 1–3 Danish and 1–3 German channels. Wireless internet is available.
