The house is fully arranged on one level and is rented exclusively on the ground floor (approx. 128 m²). A basement is present but is not included in the rental and is not intended for living.
The interior is bright and simple with white walls, ceilings and light floors, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere.

The spacious living and dining area is the natural gathering point with room for relaxation. Large windows provide beautiful natural light and sea views.
From here there is direct access to the covered sea-facing terrace with seating for 6.

The kitchen is separate and functionally equipped with good workspace and necessary facilities.

The house has two bedrooms with double beds and a double sofa bed in the living room, accommodating 6 guests. The bathroom and separate toilet are original, well maintained and functional.

Outside, the house is set on a sloping natural plot with direct access to the beach. The garden is simple and natural, with focus on location and views.
There is also a terrace facing the road with dining space.

Sandkaas is known for its beautiful rocky coastline, good swimming opportunities and peaceful atmosphere, with short distance to Allinge and Tejn.
