Enjoy a holiday in this beautiful architect-designed holiday home from 2007, accommodating up to 5 guests and offering panoramic views over a vast natural area. From the first floor, there are views of the dunes and the sea.

The location could hardly be better – a true haven for nature lovers. Here, you can escape it all and enjoy peace, tranquillity and fresh air.

The house measures 100 m², and the many large windows provide wonderful natural light on both the ground floor and the first floor. The living room is cosy with a wood-burning stove and TV with Danish, Scandinavian and German channels. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher.

There are 3 bedrooms furnished with one double bed and three single beds. The bathroom features underfloor heating and also includes a washing machine.

Outside, there are two lovely large terraces, one of which is covered and approx. 20 m². Parking is available on the property.

Østerby Harbour is nearby, offering shops, restaurants and a lively fishing harbour where you can buy freshly caught fish.

West of the marina is one of the island’s best beaches. Overall, the island boasts stunning natural scenery. To the south of the island lies an area almost as large as the island itself, which can sometimes remain completely dry for days when water levels in the Kattegat are low – the so-called “sand flats”.

There are excellent bathing beaches along much of the coastline, and the large dune plantation is rich in mushrooms.
