THE APARTMENT
Our penthouse is located 50 meters from the famous rue Montorgueil, and has a beautiful terrace on the roof with a view overlooking Paris and the Eiffel tower. You are totally in the center of Paris, just near the key monuments.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs, and upstairs is open-plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and a private terrace with trees. We have air conditioning for when it is hot in Paris, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, coffee machine, big TV with streaming services etc, and high speed wifi throughout the entire apartment.
Because the apartment is situated inside a courtyard you don't hear any noise from the street, and in the morning you can hear the birds singing in the trees. Sometimes Paris can be very warm in the summer, so we have installed air conditions in every room in the apartment. The duplex has been totally renovated in July 2022 with inspiration from Paris and Copenhagen by the architect of the Hotel Ritz in Paris.
THE AREA
In the neighborhood you will find plenty of bakeries, cheese and vegetable/fruit shops, and it's only for pedestrians which gives the impression to be in a village while being in the heart of Paris.
To us, this area is the best in Paris and you can find lots of different types of restaurants and bars; from the little local traditional kitchen to Michelin. There is always a good ambiance in the neighborhood, from early morning when you take your coffee on a terrace until late for a last drink in one of the great bars around. You will also find really good food products in the neighborhood such as cheese, vegetables, wine, pastries, meat, etc. Arthur knows the shops since he was born so he can give you good advice, don't hesitate to ask. The neighborhood is only for pedestrians which means it’s safe to walk around with kids, and in close distance to all the main sights in Paris. There is also a lot of facilities for making sport around like a swimming pool and a couple of gym clubs. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.

We are a French/Danish couple, Arthur is born at 300 meters of our flat, he is a real Parisian. We often travel but our home is in Paris. We have been searching for a quiet apartment on the last floor in the area for several years, with a terrace and a view of Paris and the sky. You can imagine that it was extremely difficult to find.... We have tried to renovate it with a high quality standard, very functional with good quality materials. Especially in the kitchen because we love to cook and often receive our friends (and our friends love to come in our flat ;-) )
