Tucked away in the tranquil countryside above Verbania, this independent holiday home offers a serene escape with its own private swimming pool and sweeping views over Lake Maggiore. Step into a bright, airy open-plan living area where large windows frame stunning views of the lake and surrounding greenery. Comfortable sofas, a cozy open fireplace, and a pizza oven create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto a terrace and outdoor dining corner. This level also features a double bedroom with its own private entrance and terrace, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs, the master suite offers a peaceful retreat with a double bed, its own bathroom with a shower, and a balcony overlooking the surrounding landscape. Above it, the inviting open loft provides a cozy space for children, featuring a double bed, two single beds, and air conditioning for extra comfort.

Set on a sunny hillside, the villa offers sweeping 180° views over the mountains and Lake Maggiore. Its south-west exposure creates a pleasant microclimate, perfect for enjoying the outdoors even in cooler seasons.
