The summer house is small and older, but full of charm – and surrounded by wild and beautiful nature, with many hiking trails along the coast and through the forest, including routes to Hammershus and Jons Kapel.
The house offers one bedroom with a double bed, a room with bunk beds, a living room, a kitchen, and a toilet with washbasin. The kitchen is a classic “summer house kitchen” with patina and everything needed for cooking, without unnecessary extras.
Next to the house is a modern annex (only 3 years old) with a double bed (can be converted into two single beds) and its own toilet. Adjacent to the annex is a large, screened outdoor shower with both hot and cold water.
The house is heated by a heat pump and a wood-burning stove. Wireless internet is available, as well as a TV with streaming via Chromecast.
Both the house and the annex have terraces where you can enjoy the stunning views of the Baltic Sea and possibly some of Bornholm’s most beautiful sunsets.
Access to the property is via a slightly steep 90-metre path.
Within walking distance is the small harbour where you can swim, as well as a café (Café Solvang) and a lunch restaurant (Lunch Bornholm). Vang Pier, with swimming facilities, a small sandy beach and a diving board, is also within walking distance.
At Vang Pier you will find Ringebakkebruddene, a former large quarry that has been transformed into an impressive recreational area with climbing routes, hiking trails and mountain bike tracks.
Vang is located in the heart of one of Bornholm’s most beautiful areas, North Bornholm, surrounded by cliffs, forest and sea. From the house and terraces you have front-row seats to some of the island’s most spectacular sunsets over the Baltic Sea.
The summer house is a perfect base for nature lovers and sunset chasers.
