This vacation home is located in Asserbo, between Liseleje and Tisvildeleje, close to beaches, attractions and shops. Copenhagen is also within a short drive. The house features a large swimming pool with a counter‑current system, a water slide and Roman steps, as well as a hot tub and sauna. There's an activity room with billiards (pool), table tennis, foosball, darts and a bar, and the house also includes a PlayStation 4. The living area is the heart of the home, with a large kitchen, plenty of dining space, a wood‑burning stove and a cozy seating area. The property has 8 bedrooms plus two lofts, providing a total of 6 additional sleeping places. Outside you'll find a large terrace—perfect for summer get‑togethers—and a garden with a trampoline, swings, a sandbox and a soccer goal. Please note that quiet must be kept in the neighborhood after 10:00 PM, and the house is not rented to youth groups.
