Inside, you'll find 204 well-designed square meters where natural light flows freely and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The interior is both stylish and personal – furnished with carefully selected pieces, artwork, and decor that together create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With three bathrooms and three generous bedrooms, the house is ideal for families, couples traveling together, or several generations on holiday – with room to gather and space to retreat. An extra room serves as a second TV lounge, perfect for younger guests to enjoy their own space, undisturbed by adults.

The open-plan kitchen and living area is the heart of the house, offering direct access to a large, private garden. Whether you're after morning sun, shelter from the wind, or a view of the evening sky, you'll find your favorite spot here. A covered terrace, a charming garden pavilion, a grill area, and several sunny corners create the perfect setting for relaxed, informal holiday days. And thanks to the covered terrace, you can enjoy those lovely summer evenings outdoors – even after the sun has set and the dew begins to fall.

And yes – dogs are welcome too. Two, in fact. The fully enclosed garden ensures peace of mind for both two- and four-legged guests. Here, there’s space to breathe, a calming atmosphere, and a sense of freedom that makes it easy to unwind.

The surrounding area is perfect for leisurely walks and beach outings – with refreshing dips in the sea, sunbathing, or sandcastle building. After a day at the beach, settle on the large terrace, toss a few steaks or some fresh fish on the grill, and enjoy a glass of chilled wine while dinner is cooking. A visit to the famous Sunset Square – just a short walk from the house – is highly recommended. Every evening, locals and visitors gather here to witness the breathtaking sunsets over the North Sea. While in Gl. Skagen, don’t miss the chance to visit Grenen – Denmark’s northernmost point, where the Kattegat and Skagerrak seas meet.
