Inside, you’ll find two bathrooms with underfloor heating, a spa and sauna, an open kitchen with modern facilities, and a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove. TV with Danish and German channels as well as free Wi-Fi ensure entertainment and comfort.

Outside, a large terrace awaits – partially covered – with a barbecue and space to relax. The plot is 990 m², and parking is available below the house.

Just 500 meters to the sea and 1.5 km to a sandy beach make the house perfect for a beach holiday. The area invites you to enjoy coastal walks, cycling, and fishing.

Whether you prefer relaxation or an active holiday, there are plenty of options nearby. Als offers beautiful hiking trails such as the Gendarm Path and Alsstien, and for families with children, Nordborg Resort and the Universe science park are close by.

If you enjoy culture and gastronomy, Sønderborg is an ideal destination with Sønderborg Castle, Skansen, Alsik Spa & Restaurant, the harbor promenade, and shopping in the town center at Borgen. Historical gems such as Augustenborg Castle and Gråsten Palace are also within easy reach. Als is the perfect base for excursions – ferries to both Funen and Ærø depart just a few kilometers from the house.
