View, coziness & beach – holiday at Mommark

At Mommark you will find this small cottage with sea views from both the house and the grounds. The cottage is bright and cozy with underfloor heating throughout the house.

There is a well-equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer with 30 l. freezer capacity. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room, where there is a radio with Bluetooth speaker, Smart TV and 200 Mbit is available, so you can stream your own services. From the kitchen/dining room there is access to a lovely covered terrace, where there is a barbecue and garden furniture available.

The cottage can accommodate up to six people spread over two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, respectively, and the last two sleeping places are located in the loft and are best suited for older children (6-12 years). There is a nice bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump, which ensures a good indoor climate all year round. For the little ones, there is both a high chair and a weekend bed. Please note that charging electric cars is not allowed. There are 8 charging stations at Business College Syd in Mommark 1500 m from the house.

The cottage is located in a lovely holiday area at Mommark. The beautiful nature invites you to hike and cycle. A small, pleasant forest path leads down to the beach, where there is a bathing jetty.

The cottage is located on a communal area and down towards the beach there is a large open area with grass, a football pitch, a campfire site and a small playground.
