Lovely holiday home in Marielyst, located a short distance from the town center and the beach. The house has a large enclosed garden and a spacious terrace, part of which is covered, allowing you to sit outside regardless of the weather.

The holiday home has three bedrooms, two with comfortable adjustable beds and one with a smaller double bed. The living room is cozily furnished with a large flat-screen TV with various Danish and German channels, as well as a Chromecast for streaming your own services. The living room is open to the kitchen, which has seating for 6 people. From the living room/kitchen, there is direct access to the terrace, which is equipped with sun loungers, dining tables, lounge furniture, and a large gas grill.

The kitchen is open and integrated with the dining area, where there is seating for six people. The bathroom has both a shower cabin and a hot tub, as well as a washer/dryer combination for extra convenience during your stay.

Marielyst offers long, child-friendly sandy beaches where you can enjoy both relaxation and water activities. The area is also known for good cycling and hiking routes in scenic surroundings, perfect for the whole family.

The house is located 1000 meters from the water, and in the garden, you can enjoy the sun on the loungers, grill on the gas barbecue, or relax in the lounge area. A heat pump and wood stove ensure a pleasant indoor climate year-round.

Parking for multiple cars is available in the driveway, where there is also an electric car charger. Internet is available throughout the house, so you can stay connected even while on vacation.

Please note that the holiday home is not rented to youth groups and is not wheelchair accessible.
