Beautiful summer house for 8 people and 2 dogs

This charming summer house is decorated in a bright and friendly beach hotel style and is located in a peaceful area with few neighbors and direct access to large green areas. The house accommodates 8 people with four sleeping places: a double bed of 180x200 cm and three double beds of 160x200 cm distributed over three rooms in the main house and one room in the annex, which also has its own toilet.

The summer house is equipped with a practical washing column with a heat pump dryer and a bathroom with toilet and shower. In the annex, there is an additional separate toilet. The modern kitchen-dining room has all the necessary facilities, including an induction hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room is equipped with a TV, fireplace insert, and heat pump, while the other rooms have new electric radiators.

For families with young children, there are both a cot and a high chair available. Additionally, there is an iron and ironing board, making it easy to keep clothes neat during the stay. The summer house has two lovely terraces with seating for 8-10 people and a greenhouse, which in the summer is furnished as a cozy orangery. There is also an extra-large fridge-freezer in the shed.

For those who need to work, a workspace has been set up with a large external screen and fiber optic internet, ensuring a fast internet connection. The summer house is also convenient with an electric car charger in the driveway, which accommodates up to 3 cars within the fence. The entire property is fenced and it is allowed to bring up to two dogs.

Please note: smoking indoors is not allowed, and cleaning is mandatory. The summer house is not rented to youth groups under 25 years of age.
