Please notice that the floor-to-ceiling varies from 180 cm in the shower to 240 cm in the living room. The largest terrace is elevated to roof top hight and there is a planted area in front of the house. Limited but usable lawn area. The garden is fenced. The house is located in a quiet area close to a child-friendly beach.
