Description
The urbanization is situated in an uphill location, overlooking a great part of the coastal area near Marbella. Amazing views from both terraces!
When you enter the property you find the living and kitchen area straight forward and right. From the living, you have direct access to the terrace where your morning coffee is complemented with fantastic views. The terraces are facing directly south, consequently, you will have sunshine throughout the entire day. The living area has a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Going down the staircase from the entrance you find a guest toilet in the corridor which gives access to both bedrooms. Both master bedroom with double bed and the second bedroom have direct access to another terrace of approx. 15m2 with a little table and 2 sunbeds. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, double sink, toilet and bidet. The other bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower.

The urbanization has 2 pool areas. 1 with large pool and children's pool and a separate area with a smaller swimming pool.
When you drive down the hill towards the beach and walk towards the west where you find all kind of restaurants, bars and beach clubs and the typical Spanish chiringuitos (beach bars). Check out Hippopotamus beach bar, Bono’s Beach or South Beach or one of the various Spanish restaurants. Some do have live entertainment throughout summer holidays.
Distance to the cosy old Town of Marbella is 7 km and it is a 15 minutes’ drive to the famous harbour of Puerto Banus, where high-end designer shops, exclusive yachts, fast cars, discotheques and bars and a great variety of restaurants are presented.
Also in the middle of Europe’s greatest golf area with over 30 golf courses.
Prices are based on 4 persons.
Extra bed/sofa bed:
There is a sofabed for 2 persons in the holiday home. Price Euro 75 per extra person/week including 1 set of bed sheets and towels. Ask the office.
Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price for one week is Euro 30. For 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.
Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person. Ask the office.
Payment: Credit/debit cards or bank transfer.

This ski paradise is not just for skiers, but attractive for the whole family regardless of age and fitness.
The Sierra Nevada is a 2-hour drive from Marbella. You can easily drive back and forth on one day.
Normally closes the Sierra Nevada in the first weekend in May.
