The small fishing village Torsken (meaning "The Cod" in Norwegian) is situated on the island Senja, and is the perfect starting location for fishing and hiking surrounded by magnificent landscape. The holiday cottage is situated here, with a view of the stunning fjord scenery. Respectively 150 and 500 meters away are the holiday homes 76563 and 76562. The fjord here is rich with fish, e.g. halibut. The dock is situated 250 meters from the house, where you will find the motorboat available for rent. A fish cleaning table is at your disposal. After long days on the water, relax with your family and friends on the covered terrace. Torsken has a small grocery store and a small eatery opens in the summer. The landscape is perfect for hiking along the sea and in the mountains. 4 km to the fishing village Gryllefjord, connected to Andenes by ferry. Senja is connected to the mainland by bridge. On the island, there are several fishing lakes and rivers with salmon, trout and char. Remember to buy a fishing license.
