Exciting holiday home with a lovely 129 m² beautifully distributed over two floors.

On the first floor, you will find two bright and stylish bedrooms as well as the house’s bathroom. A beautiful staircase connects the first floor with the ground floor. On the landing by the stairs, there is access to a large balcony. From the balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Vippefyret and further on to Grenen on the horizon.
The ground floor features the house’s third bedroom and a spacious living room with a view of Skagen Museum. Lovely dining kitchen equipped with all modern facilities, including washing machine and tumble dryer. In addition, there is a smartly designed guest toilet.

Enjoy your holidays in fantastic surroundings in the heart of beautiful Skagen — close to attractions, a lovely sandy beach, and the lively harbor with plenty of yachts, numerous cruise ship arrivals, and not to forget, the large fishing harbor.

While visiting Skagen, don’t miss a trip to Grenen, where the two seas, Kattegat and Skagerrak, meet. From Sønderstrand, you can walk all the way to Grenen, or alternatively, take the car or a bicycle. There are several bike rental shops in Skagen. On your way to Grenen, you will pass several of Skagen’s iconic lighthouses, including Det Grå Fyr – Centre for Migratory Birds. From the top of the lighthouse, you have a fantastic view over Grenen as well as across the rooftops and harbor of the town.

When hunger strikes, a visit to one of Skagen’s many cafés or restaurants is highly recommended. The courtyard of the neighboring Brøndums Hotel is a wonderful place to enjoy lunch outdoors.
