Cozy sommerhouse near the sea

This undisturbed and traditional holiday home with a beautiful garden is situated in beautiful surroundings near the water and a cozy farm sale.

This charming holiday home has a sloping ceiling that creates a lovely spacious feel and lots of good energy. There is room for four people in a bedroom with a double bed that can be converted into two single beds and an annex where there is a bunk bed.

The large floor-to-ceiling windows let daylight into the living room and create a pleasant atmosphere. There is an open connection between the living room and the kitchen, so that you can cook and enjoy yourself in the living room. From the living room you have a view of the terrace and the garden, where you can enjoy the warm rays of the sun all day long.

The plot is a good size with a lovely green garden and easy access to the beach which is only 800 meters away. In the area there are good local markets, beautiful nature and there is also a bathing jetty on the beach.

In a short drive (10 min) you can take a trip to Sommerland Sjælland (amusement park) where fun and relaxation await the whole family. You can also drive to some of the nearby towns and enjoy the cozy holiday atmosphere, e.g. visit Rørvig or Holbæk.

Note: The house is of an older date, and there are signs of wear and tear on the terrace.
