The kitchen and bathrooms have underfloor heating. There are a total of four bedrooms and 2 lofts. The house therefore creates a nice setting for a holiday for one or more families. The house's large terrace goes all the way around the house and has several options for shelter. Only a few minutes' walk from the house is Loddenhøj Beach, where it is possible to both swim and fish. The house also includes a fish cleaning area. The house is located right next to the forest.

NOTE: the cottage has parking for 5 cars. Any additional cars must be parked at the beach 100 m away, so as not to disturb the neighbors. Not rented out to youth groups.

A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
