The apartment is located on the first floor, there are two stair ramps but there is also the elevator.
For the location, the apartment is well connected: there is very close to the Red Line of the Metro 'la Sagrera' (where there is also the blue line). There are 6 stops to Plaza Catalunya, the center of the city. There are also several bus stops just below the building.
