Holiday cottage with swimming pool in scenic surroundings near forest and approx. 250 m from a child-friendly beach. The house was renovated in 2014 when most of the furnishings was replaced.

The house, which is primarily heated with environmentally friendly, energy-saving air-to-air heat pump, is built in split-level which helps to provide an exciting and different interior with skylights in the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is open and combined with the living and dining area.

The living room is furnished with a wood-burning stove, 42'' flatscreen TV.The living room has access to the child-friendly mezzanine with TV and PlayStation. Selection of Playstation games and DVD movies available. From the living room you have, through the windows, views of the pool area.

The pool area includes a swimming pool (5.2 x 2.9 x 1.3 m) with adjustable counter-current facility and a children's pool. The water in the pool is heated with an environmentally friendly, energy-saving air-to-water heat pump. 2 person whirlpool and a large bathroom with shower from which you have access to the sauna. There is a table football in the pool area.

Here there will be opportunities for both small and large to get a swim or just relax in the sauna. The house includes another bathroom with shower. The 5 bedrooms are spacious with good closet space.

It is located on a 1250 m² plot of land with trees and sheltered spots. Around the house are 3 terraces, one of which is partially covered.

The driveway, which is covered with gravel, is 120 m², providing good parking. For children there are swings, sandpit and trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance), and in the shed is a handcart and toys for outdoor games.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
