Inside, the apartment is full of traditional design, there is a large lounge dining area with French doors opening onto the furnished balcony. The lounge is totally equipped with sofas, satellite Tv and a coffee table as well as a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is also equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob, electric oven and a dishwasher. There is also a utility room where the washing machine is located.

The bedrooms comprises of one double bedroom with an en suite full bathroom and two twins sharing another full bathroom. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and portable fans.

At the rear f the building there is a small communal swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and a Lawn area.

This is an ideal place to stay near the beach of Puerto Pollenca. It is ideally located as it is close to the beach and in a quiet residential area.
