The house has two bathrooms - both with underfloor heating and one with a washing machine, tumble dryer and hot tub for wonderful and calming holidays. The house has three lovely bedrooms with TV and a cozy loft with two comfortable mattresses.

The house has a 90 m2 large, sunny, partially covered wooden terrace with various garden furniture - i.a. deckchairs for sunbathing - as well as a barbecue and a good outdoor kitchen, so you can prepare delicious holiday meals.

Your children will love the play tower with swings and slide. You can park your car in the carport, where you can charge your electric car.

A very short walk separates you from the lovely bathing beach, which makes the house an excellent starting point for many beach trips. You also don't have far to charming Snogebæk's shops, kiosks and restaurants.

You can also choose to visit cozy Aakirkeby or Neksø or try Dueodde's popular beach for a change. The attraction "Rokkestenen" is also within easy reach.
