Holiday home in Millinge

Holiday cottage located in quiet surroundings approx. 500 m from the water. The house has three bedrooms and a cosy alcove with double bunk. Kitchen with ceramic hob and fan oven, refrigerator with 90 litres freezer and cooker hood. The kitchen has direct access to the living area with stereo with CD player. From the living room there is access to the large terrace with garden furniture and grill. To keep energy costs as low as possible there is a large air-to-air heat pump which has a significantly lower energy consumption, and in addition, the house is insulated according to the latest energy regulations. The garden is enclosed and sheltered from the wind.
