Holiday home in Hou

A spacious and well-arranged holiday cottage with a large living room. TV with both PlayStation and DVD-player. Two bedrooms in the house and an annex with a double bed. There is a terrace that goes all the way around the house. Sandbox in the fenced garden. The house is located on a fenced in natural plot. Approx. 5 minutes walk to the summer grocer's. Unit 17929 is the house next door. No letting to youth groups. Letting to families only.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
