There is a terrace that goes all the way around the house. Sandbox in the fenced garden. The house is located on a fenced in natural plot. Approx. 5 minutes walk to the summer grocer's. Unit 17929 is the house next door. No letting to youth groups. Letting to families only.

A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
