Holiday home in Hals

A holiday cottage with whirlpool and sauna, located only 350 metres from a family friendly beach on a large natural plot.

To entertain the children, there is PlayStation 2 in the house. There is cot and high chair.

This is a low-energy house with a heat pump, that keeps the energy costs low at winter and works as air-condition in summer. Wooden floors and walls characterises the house, and there is high-beamed ceiling and skylights in the dining room. There is an alcove in the living room with a double bed.

There is a covered terrace, and large, open terrace with various outdoor furniture. A cosy bonfire pit can be found on the plot. There is a sand box and swing. The house is close to an 18-holre golf course in Hals.

The freezer is located in the tool room. No letting to youth and builder groups.
